Brush some oil on the grinding discs with a cloth and then carefully brush them with a brush. If necessary, the grinding disc with a dry piece of cloth and then put the grinding disc back.

For the production of the Comandante hand grinder, founder Bernd Braune was looking for a solution to give customers of his coffee roastery Supremo the best solution as an alternative to large and heavy professional coffee grinders. These grinders were the only ones that gave the even grinding that brings out the fantastic taste of the coffee beans so beautifully. With years of development and perseverance, we have now arrived at the Comandante Mk 4 after several iterations. A grinder so good that it is used by almost every participant of the World Brewers Cup.
