Brikka Induction is an aluminum coffee pot with a special system which allows you to achieve wonderful consistency of coffee. This version can be used on induction hobs. A special valve creates crema impossible to be made using a regular coffee pot. he new version is equipped with a new column and a silicone membrane that creates thicker crema.
New Brikka 4cup is used to brew 4 cups of espresso at a time.
To prepare true Italian espresso, you just need this coffee pot, good coffee and a few minutes! • Design: This cast aluminum coffee pot impresses with its quality. Classic design and black plastic handle and knob.
• Use: Bialetti Brikka is suitable for induction and other types of hobs. Wash your coffee pot by hand, without any detergents. Not dishwasher safe. Choosing the size of your coffee maker, keep in mind that every time you need to prepare the quantity of coffee specified by the manufacturer.
• How does a moka work? The coffee maker consists of a top sealed tank, a filter and a bottom tank. Put ground coffee beans in the filter, pour water into the bottom tank below the safety valve level and connect all the elements. Put the coffee pot on the stove and wait a few minutes. Hot water moves to the top tank, flowing through the ground beans. Your delicious and aromatic espresso is ready!

Use coarse-grounded coffee.

Never place more water in your coffee machine! When using a gas cooker, do not touch the flame until the side of the coffee maker. never reach the safety valve. The coffee maker cannot make half a dose, put the filter holder in a basket full of coffee, but do not compress it. push the coffee.
How to prepare coffee:
1. Fill heater with cold water by using the graduated measuring cup supplied.
2. Insert the funnel filter into the heater.
3. Fill the funnel filter with ground coffee for Moka, without pressing it down, taking care not to leave coffee powder on the rim of the coffee maker.
4. Screw the upper part on the heater and tighten well, without pressing too much and avoiding forcing the handle.
5. Put the coffee maker on the heat source. In case of flame, prevent it from going beyond the rim of the coffee unit. In case of induction/electric/ceramic glass plate, do not use the highest heat.
6. In few minutes a small amount of coffee will start coming out and the typical puff of Brikka, signaling the beginning of froth formation, will be heard.
7. After few seconds, make sure froth formation has been completed inside the upper part.
8. Pour coffee into the cups, evenly distributing the coffee and froth.
Cleaning instructions: the Bialetti Brikka Induction should be rinsed simply with water, after use. Do not use detergents. The product should not be washed in the dishwasher as this could cause damage to the product and affect the taste of the coffee.
